Feeling Lost?
How does your brain work? Do you have to think about your problems? Do you need to have worry or anxiety? When I found out that I could have more control over what goes on in my mind, I was amazed!! Your mind just goes, right? What are you adding to your stream of thoughts? If your mind is worrying, it won’t stop if you interact with it. If you are naturally thinking that you just messed up are you agreeing? Are you purposefully adding thoughts to your worry? Don’t! Then it can fade. And don’t agree with negative mindplay. It is not ok to think you aren’t worth it!
